Founder and President
Andy has been working in financial services since the late 1990s, when he started working for Nationwide Financial Services. He worked his way through school at the Ohio State University, where he graduated with a BS concentrating in finance.
While working for the trade desk at Nationwide Financial Services, Andy gained enough exposure to trading strategies and financial products that he was asked to become the internal contact and liason for a product designed for active traders. He worked closely with clients, financial advisors, senior management, and mutual fund managers in this role, which laid the groundwork for his decision to become a financial advisor in March 2002.
Beginning his practice as part of the Comprehensive Financial Group gave Andy access to training and mentors that have helped define his business model today. This agency environment provided the opportunity to partner with a variety financial professionals, which has nurtured the team environment in place today.
Andy's practice with Evergreen Wealth Solutions is centered on helping people make smart decisions with their money, and, in his words:
"We are in the business of helping our Ideal Clients get their financial house in order and help to keep it that way. This gives them confidence about their future and allows them to spend their time with the people that matter most doing the things that are more important in their life than money."
He works with other professionals in the areas of tax, legal, financial planning, asset management, insurance, and other relevant resources so that he has the capability to deliver truly personalized financial services for all of his Ideal Clients.
Andy and his wife, Elizabeth, spend the majority of their time with their young family and are passionate about food, friends, and family. In addition, Andy is a board member of the Northcentral Pennsylvania Conservancy and an active member of his community association. He enjoys biking (mountain, road, motor, and dirt), telemark skiing, jogging, shooting, and travel.
He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table*, Northcentral Pennsylvania Estate Planners Council, and the Financial Services Institute.

Michael is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who joined Evergreen Wealth Solutions. in 2010. As the CFP® professional on the team, he constructs and analyzes the financial plans as well as provides an additional layer of customer service and financial knowledge to our clients. His areas of focus include financial planning, retirement income planning, budgeting, general product knowledge, and portfolio construction.
Michael is from the Williamsport area and attended Houghton College. He graduated with honors with a BS in business administration. Prior to joining HK Wealth Management, he was an associate advisor with Wachovia Securities. He has his FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations (through Commonwealth Financial Network®) and life, health, and annuity insurance licenses.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys time with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include Ultimate Frisbee, biking, hiking, running, traveling, grilling, gardening, and spending lots of time with family and friends.
James J. Dinsmore CFP®, CLU®, LUTCF®
James J. Dinsmore, CFP®, CLU®, LUTCF®, joined Evergreen Wealth Solutions in 2017, and he works with individuals, families, and businesses. As a wealth manager, he learns what is meaningful to his clients now—and in the future. Together with the planning resources of Commonwealth Financial Network® and EWS, he develops financial plans to best suit each client.
Jim has more than 34 years’ experience in the financial services industry with Liberty Mutual Group as an insurance agent, and he has worked independently as a financial advisor. Jim was ranked as the top performer at Liberty Mutual, earned the company’s top distinctions every year of his career, and was elected to the Liberty Mutual Hall of Fame in 1991. His leadership helped the Montoursville, Pennsylvania, office win many awards, including Office of the Year, and he enjoyed mentoring other agents throughout the country.
Jim is a lifetime and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table*, which is recognized worldwide as a top association for financial advisors. He is a 20-year member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, a member of the Financial Planning Association, a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and a board member on the Northcentral Pennsylvania Estate Planners Council.
Jim graduated from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University in 1982. He is currently president of the Montoursville Rotary Club, and he was recognized as Hope Enterprise’s Person of the Year in 2014 for his work with Hope and the Liberty Mutual Invitational Golf Tournament. He supports numerous local events and charities and is pleased to be at EWS, which also embraces the role of philanthropy in clients’ lives and is committed to implementing strategies that align with clients’ fiscal and personal objectives.
Outside the office, Jim and his wife, Susan, enjoy time with their sons, Ian and Joseph. Jim enjoys live music and outdoor activities (including hiking and golfing) and is a high school baseball coach. He resides in the Williamsport, Pennsylvania, area.

Client Relationship Manager and Marketing Coordinator
Ana joined Evergreen Wealth Solutions. November 2013 after spending some time at home raising her four sons.
She has lived in the Williamsport area for more than 20 years and attended Central Pennsylvania Business College, where she received her ASB in accounting and Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors with a BS in journalism/communications and a minor in public relations. Prior to joining Evergreen, Ana spent the early years of her career at Merrill Lynch in the Asset Management department.
In her current role, Ana helps the team develop relationships as a point of contact for all questions both during the on-boarding process and afterward. She coordinates marketing services, including events, mailings, newsletters, and social media communications. Ana prepares new business paperwork, proposals, and forms and assists Andy during client meetings.
When she finds free time, she enjoys spending it with her boys—Salvatore, Giancarlo, Santino, and Giovanni—and their many activities.
Client Relationship Manager
Lisa joined Evergreen in February 2018 after spending five years working at Liberty Mutual Insurance with Jim Dinsmore. She spent six years in retail management before deciding to take time to raise her two sons, Davis and Cooper.
Lisa is a native of Elizabeth City, North Carolina. She moved to the area with her husband, Rob, after the two met at Elon College in North Carolina. While there, she attained a BS in business administration.
Lisa holds her life insurance license and, as client relationship manager, works closely with the team to develop relationships with clients during the onboarding process and work toward solutions on an ongoing basis.
In addition to spending time with her family, Lisa also enjoys all things fitness. She has been a certified group fitness instructor for the past 25 years and has led area classes, running clinics, and boot camps. Lisa also enjoys reading, watching her boys’ sporting activities, and spending time with friends.
